It has a post office under Oswestry; and it was constituted in 1854. Rated property, £4, 546. Pop., 672. Houses, 146. Pop. of the Selattyn portion, 417. Houses, 87. The property is subdivided. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of St. Asaph. Value, £.61. Patron, the Rev. A. R. Lloyd. The church is good.
