The property is much subdivided. There are manufactories of small wares and candle-wicks. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lichfield. Value, £204.* Patron, the Vicar of Crich. The church was built in 1840. There are chapels for Wesleyans and U. free Methodists, and a national school.
