Real property, £1, 6 49. Pop., 272. Houses, 56. The property is divided among a few. Dinnington House is the seat of the Carvers. The living is a rectory in the diocese of York. Value, £209.* Patron, J.Athorpe, Esq. The church was built in 1869, and is in the early English style.
