Post town, Lincoln. Acres, 1, 990. Real property, £2, 797. Pop., 464. Houses, 103. The manor belongs to Christ's College, Cambridge. ...
The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Lincoln. Value, £220.* Patron, the Bishop of Lincoln. The ancient church was relinquished early in the last century; but the burying ground connected with it is still occasionally used. I he present church was built on a new site, in 1858; and is in the pointed style. There is a Wesleyan chapel.
