This Registration District originally covered the areas of Kensington, Paddington and Fulham parishes, each of which was also a Poor Law Union or Parish. In 1875 Fulham, with Hammersmith, became a separate Registration District, and in 1885 Kensington and Paddington became Registration DistrictRegistration Districts in their own rights.
